No matter how many “me too” posts you make, or how often you say “Please”, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus cannot run iOS 13 or higher, and will never be able to run iOS 13 or higher. Time to buy a new iPhone, preferably one that will be compatible with iOS 18.
Apple formally ended update support for these models in September 2019. They cannot be updated to iPadOS 13 (or any later major versions of iPadOS) as the internal hardware does not meet the minimum technical requirements for new versions of iOS/iPadOS.
No longer receiving security updates, because all iPhones and iPod Touches that support iOS 13 also support iOS 14 and iOS 15. Drops support for the iPhone 5s and 6/6 Plus as well as the iPod Touch (6th generation).
